For this project, the team was provided with previously shot images of oil refineries, which initially appeared dull and unengaging due to dirty pipes and uninspired compositions. The challenge was to transform a typically sterile industrial subject into visually compelling imagery that captured attention.
Drawing inspiration from Paul Eis’ photography style, I carefully curated images with dynamic crops and angles that aligned with the creative brief. I then retouched and cleaned up the selected images, enhancing textures, colours, and visual flow to bring the creative vision to life. The result was a series of engaging, polished visuals that elevated the industrial subject matter while maintaining authenticity.
This project demonstrates my expertise in industrial photography retouching, visual storytelling, and creative image enhancement for marketing and editorial purposes.
